Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

How do I book a session?
You can book by contacting us via email or phone. We’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions.
Do you offer raw images?
No—we don’t deliver RAW files since they require special software. You’ll receive unedited JPEGs to select your favorites.
How long will it take to receive my images?
We deliver your edited images within 3 weeks after you make your selections.

Preparing for Your Newborn Shoot

When is the best time to book a newborn session?
It’s best to book during your third trimester. We take a limited number of newborn sessions per month, so early booking ensures we can accommodate your due date.
When is the ideal time to schedule a newborn photoshoot?
We recommend the first two weeks (5–15 days) after birth, when babies are naturally sleepy and flexible for those curled-up poses.
What if I miss the 2-week window?
Babies 3–6 weeks old are more alert, which makes for beautiful awake portraits, though posing may require a bit more patience.
Is it possible to have the photo session at my home?
Studio sessions are preferred for full equipment access. Home sessions are available at an extra cost and may limit our range of props.
Are the studio lights safe for my baby?
Absolutely—our lights are diffused through reflectors and softboxes so they’re always gentle and comfortable for your little one.

Preparing for Your Maternity Shoot

When is the best time to book a maternity session?
Ideally between 28–34 weeks. Contact us by the end of your second trimester to ensure availability and avoid last-minute disappointments.
What should I wear for a maternity session?
We provide a curated collection of elegant maternity gowns. Otherwise, choose comfortable, bump-enhancing outfits in soft or neutral tones. Coordinating family outfits is always a great idea if they’re joining the shoot.
Can my partner or children join the session?
Of course! We encourage family members to be part of your maternity photos.
